Enjoy a Northshore riding experience!
For those of us who may never have thought of snowmobiling or ATVing, or were uncertain how to approach the sport, Beaver Bay Sport Shop, located between Two Harbors and Lutsen, Minnesota provides the opportunity to enjoy the sport. Renting only the newest, snowmobiles and ATVs with hand and thumb warmers, Cindy and Michael provide full instruction for on the trail.

There are spur trails that connect you to the Northshore Trail and state trails. Depending on what you would like to see, how far you want to go, whether you have children with you, as to what kind of trail plan you would like.
Your plan can be to ride to a rustic lodge for lunch. Or pack your own and stop at one of the many shelters along the trail. Fire starters are provided for you to either start a camp fire or use as a torch at night for night riding and star gazing.
The Northshore is well known for it's bountiful snowfalls. Usually we can start riding just before Christmas and late into March. ATV riding can start as soon as the snow is gone and go until it snows again.

The trails are groomed in the winter and full of wild life. Chances are good to see fox, deer and even moose. Many overlooks are along the trail and we will point those out to you on your map that is supplied.

More on Beaver Bay Sport Shop Snowmobile & ATV Rentals
Our rental snowmobiles have hand warmers, thumb warmers and electric start. Some have a two up seat with a back rest so two people can ride comfortably. Some are single seats. We suggest you layer your clothing for warmth and comfort. There are some suits for rent. If you have any questions on dressing we would be glad to help.
Our rental ATVs have hand and thumb warmers with electric start and cargo box. Which gives you availability to pack a lunch or early dinner or pack for an over night experience.

- Snowmobile - Daily Rate: Single $190, 2-Up $210, REV $225

- Allow extra time prior to reservations for viewing safety video & instructions

- Free use of helmet per daily rental.
- $1000.00 Snowmobile / $800.00 ATV per machine damage deposit held on visa or mastercard
- $50.00 reservation fee per machine (non-refundable..unless we cancel due to weather or lack of snow).
- Visa & MasterCard or Cash required for deposit.
- Please make reservations as soon as possible.
- You may park behind our store and catch the trail across the street.
- Check with home/auto insurance company for possible rider.
- Signed waiver required.
- Must be 18 years Snowmobile / 16 years ATV or older to rent machine.
- Rider is responsible for any damages.
